    Birth Doula- First time moms

    For first-time moms, pregnancy and birth can feel overwhelming and full of unknowns. A doula provides steady, personalized support every step of the way — from answering questions during pregnancy to offering comfort and encouragement during labor. Doulas help first-time moms feel more informed, confident, and in control of their birth experience. They also support partners, helping them feel involved and reassured. With a doula by your side, first-time moms are less likely to feel alone and more likely to have a positive, empowering birth.

    This package includes two prenatal appointments, a six‑week childbirth education course from Evidence Based Birth, birth photography at your birth, day‑of labor support, and one postpartum visit. The prenatals include a birth-planning appointment and a hands‑on learning session for you and your birthing partner. I will be there for your labor and birth, then schedule one postpartum appointment, which can include light housecleaning, reviewing your birth story, and making sure you feel equipped for the postpartum season as a new mom.

    Birth Doula- 2nd or Subsequent births

    This package includes the same support as the first time mom families- 2 prenatal appointments, a 6 week childbirth education class, day of birth support, birth photography and 1 postpartum visit.

    Even for experienced mothers, each pregnancy and birth can be completely different. Second-time moms often juggle the demands of caring for another child while preparing for a new baby, which adds emotional and logistical stress. A doula provides continuous support, reassurance, and advocacy—helping moms feel more confident and empowered, even if you’ve given birth before. Doulas also offer evidence-based guidance to navigate new birth plans, unexpected changes, or healing from a previous difficult experience. Having a familiar, dedicated support person ensures that the mother's needs are met—physically, emotionally, and mentally. This is just a financial discount if you’ve already previously given birth because truth is- if you have at least one kiddo already— we need the discount.

    Placenta Encapsulation

    My placenta encapsulation package provides a safe, professional way to support your postpartum recovery naturally. It includes:

    • Contact and pickup of your placenta within 24 hours of birth

    • Preparation in a sanitized, dedicated workspace with strict safety and hygiene protocols

    • 100–200+ capsules, depending on placenta size

    • A keepsake cord and a placenta tincture

    • Delivery of your capsules within 2–3 days

    Each step is handled with care to help you feel nourished, balanced, and supported during the postpartum period.
