A Nebraska-bred, lover of all things Husker Football, world traveler, birth lover, birth doula.

Hi, I’m a certified birth doula through Childbirth International, and I’m deeply passionate about walking alongside women and families during one of the most transformative times in their lives—pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I’m additionally trained as a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) certified doula through VBAC Link, Body Ready Method, and Spinning Babies.

My journey into birth work began with the births of my own three children, each one different and incredibly powerful in its own way. I've experienced both hospital and home births, as well as medicated and unmedicated labors, so I truly understand the range of emotions, decisions, and experiences that come with bringing a baby into the world.

No matter what kind of birth you’re planning—or even if you’re still figuring that out—I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, supported, and empowered. My role as your doula is to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support so that you can approach your birth with confidence and clarity. Whether it’s helping you create a birth plan, offering comfort techniques during labor, or simply being a calm, reassuring presence, I’m here to support you and what matters most to your birth.

Birth is not one-size-fits-all, and neither is doula support. I tailor my care to fit your unique needs, preferences, and goals. It’s an honor to be invited into such a sacred space, and I don’t take that lightly. My goal is for you to look back on your birth experience feeling strong, respected, and well-cared-for.
